My Video Diary 8.0: Your Multi-Media Journal App Reviews

I downloaded and PAID for this app and now it doesnt work. Every time I try to log in it just shuts down. PLEASE FIX!!!!!

Although this app is a video diary I enjoy using it as a video/audio note taking/reminder app! Especially when Im in the car I can take a quick video/audio recording of something that I think about and dont want to forget. Everything is date stamped and you can add in additional notes. Great app!

Love the idea of this app, reminds me of the video diary type shows on TV, now Im able to create my own. Is nice a easy to use and adds a cool new twist to the conventional diary. Great job

Ive been using this app now for a couple of days, and I must say how impressed I am with it. So much so that Im actually constantly thinking ahead during the day what Im going to say in my next update. Its just crazy. Anyway, thank you guys very much for coming up with this. Awesome.

This is by far the best app for recording ones life. However, a delete option would be swell for entries (I made a test entry and would like to get rid of it). If there could be more creative options, such as those found on notability, it would make all other journal apps obsolete. Great job!

OK, very few updates really make a major difference in an app, but this one does! Some previous issues have been taken care of with the new functions, and the iCloud syncing is really great. (One downside is I didnt see the message about backing up prior to downloading, but re-entering previous days is now easy.) Gave it 4 stars earlier, now its definitely 5 stars.

Pretty cool app with some nice features, (Love that you can sync your entries between devices through iCloud) Have been playing around with it for quite a while now, and can definitely see that I will be using it a whole lot more to come.

Spotted app while on special, which is a bonus. This makes keeping a diary a whole lot more fun. Works very well and has everything I need. I would recommend this to anyone who keeps a Diary.

A wonderful app for recording your life in a sort of mini-documantary kind of way. Its pretty easy to use, and I like the redo previous entries feature, and iCloud syncing. Altogether a great little video diary app, highly recommended.

I really like the concept but it would be great if I could download the entries to my computer. I may be wrong but it seems that Im not able to access the video files other then through the app. Also it would be great to have a calendar view of the entries to make it easier to see which days have entries and which dont. Over all its a decent app but a few more features would make it great.

Wish you could add more vids for 1 day And the front camera to be at default which I don mind but it be better that way Also when you record a vid and you have your phone right side up instead of sideways the videos come out sideways on the computer so if that could be changed that be awesome Also if you could put visual notifications on the app where it highlights the option that you already put; for example if I already put a pic to highlight that u already did put a pic or a vid Hopefully that made sense

Ive been looking for a video diary ever since. I found this, and Im glad I got it! Its awesome. Viddy would be good if it isnt only for 15 seconds to video.

I have an iPod touch 3, so I dont know if thats the problem. I downloaded the app and made 1 entry. I hated how I looked! Omg it was awful, so I deleted the entry. After that, the app quit out. I thought it was no biggie, and tried to reopen it. It would keep crashing after like a millisecond! I tried redownloading the app, but the same thing happened after I set a password and turned Icloud off. Why so spazzy? Please fix!!!!

Ive been looking for a video or audio diary for a long time and couldnt buy this fast enough but the sound on replay is barely audible. Am I doing something wrong? And no, Im not covering the mic. I also saw a review that said audio/ video is for I only 60 sec increments. Hope this isnt true.

Useless for what we need it for. My husband has short term memory loss, not quite as severe as in Drew Barrymore in Fifty First Dates, but similar. He "learns" and explores new things, but within a couple days, that information is gone. If he could record the most important insights and memories and use key word tags, he could "find" memories. In this format, without search, this is useless to anyone that cant remember the exact date of a memory they want to revisit.

This app is worthless. It gives the option to turn iCloud backup on but doesnt backup unless you manually backup. Also it gives you very little direction on how to view past entries. When I tried I could not find anything and so I tried to retrieve from iCloud backup only to delete everything since I didnt know I had to manually backup since I had the iCloud backup on but it wasnt backing up. Lost a years worth of stuff. Errrr. Not even worth the 1 star.

I really dont see what the issue is. This application is a really great app. It has everything that you would like to use, such as: voice diary, video diary, type my diary, and has a picture upload, so that you can take a picture of yourself, and upload it. You can even do all of them, if you want! I highly recommend this app!

Geez . . . You can really tell when competitors write reviews. One women claims she lost "years" worth of entries, the app has only been out for SIX months!!!! It has worked great for me. (And people, it also helps to read the user instructions.)

Its great! But you can only do one a day, unless Im missing something. If I am can someone please tell me?!?!

Do not waste your money. The video would not post to the site. Waste of money and time.
